Understanding Your Estimated Payout Dates on BigLoads
We know you’re eager to see your earnings come in after a rental, and we’ve made it super easy for you to track your payouts in your BigLoads dashboard . But we want to make sure you understand how the estimated payout...

On BigLoads, your estimated payout date is the projected date your earnings will be processed and sent to your bank account via Stripe after a rental is marked complete. The date is an estimate—it can shift based on rental extensions, how quickly the renter returns and marks the rental complete, Stripe's processing time (typically a couple of business days), and any security deposit adjustments if damages are reported. You can track your real-time payout status, earned amounts, and rental completion state directly in your BigLoads owner dashboard.
We know you’re eager to see your earnings come in after a rental, and we’ve made it super easy for you to track your payouts in your BigLoads dashboard. But we want to make sure you understand how the estimated payout dates work because they can vary a little depending on a few factors.
What is an Estimated Payout Date?
When you rent out your trailer on BigLoads, we show you an estimated payout date for each booking in your owner dashboard. This is the date when we expect your payment to be processed and sent to your bank account.
However, this is just an estimate — and here’s why!
Factors That Can Affect Your Payout Date:
- Rental Completion: The payout date is based on when the rental is marked as complete. After the renter returns your trailer, you’ll need to mark the rental as complete. This triggers the start of the payout process.
- Rental Duration: Sometimes, rentals can get extended, or renters may delay the return of the trailer. This means the payout date may shift a bit depending on the length of the rental and the timing of when it’s returned.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe, and while we send the payment to them right away, Stripe will process and send the payout to your bank. This can take a couple of business days, depending on the method used and the country you’re in.
- Security Deposits: If you’ve collected a security deposit, it will only be refunded after the rental is complete and inspected. If there are any damages, the payout might be adjusted, and that can affect when the full payment is sent out.
How Can You Track Your Payouts?
In your BigLoads dashboard, you can see:
- Estimated payout dates for each rental.
- The amount earned and the payout status.
- Whether the renter has marked the rental as complete (this is important for finalizing the payout).
We’ve made it as transparent as possible, so you’ll always know what to expect.
Quick Recap:
- Estimated payout dates are based on the completion of the rental, when the renter returns the trailer, and when it’s marked as complete.
- The actual payout date may vary due to processing times, extensions, or other factors.
- Once the rental is complete, you’ll get paid through Stripe—and you'll always see the estimated payout date in your dashboard.
Bottom Line?
We want you to have a smooth experience when renting out your trailer on BigLoads. Your estimated payout date helps you know when to expect your earnings, but remember, it’s an estimate that can shift depending on a few factors. Just keep an eye on your dashboard, and you’ll always know where you stand.
